Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Squad Shoppe. Every order is prepared with intention, care, and a little extra sparkle.

Processing Time

In-stock, ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–4 business days.

All 3D printed items require 1–2 weeks for production before shipment. Each piece is printed, inspected, and prepared in-house to ensure quality.

Limited Edition Boxes, preorders, personalized items, or specialty releases may have extended processing times. Specific timelines will always be listed in the product description.

Shipping Schedule

Orders ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Orders completed after our shipping cutoff will be included in the next scheduled shipping day once processing time has been met.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional postage to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
