If you purchase a subscription or recurring product from The Squad Shoppe, you may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date.

To cancel your subscription, please log into your customer account and manage your subscription settings, or email us at summer@thesquadshoppe.com for assistance.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
