Welcome to a very special moment in Squad Shoppe history — our first ever diamond painting kit is officially available for pre-order! This 60 x 60 cm square-drill canvas marks the beginning of our journey into producing our own full kits, and we’re inviting you to join us for the test round.
This is a true behind-the-scenes, be-part-of-the-process release. We’ve already received the preliminary mockup of the canvas, and the next steps happen once pre-order payments are in. From there, we’ll place our sample order with the manufacturer and begin working closely with a designer to customize the rendering, color map, and any enhancement touches the artwork needs. After those updates are complete, both Summer and Miranda will personally review and approve every detail before anything goes into production. No kit ships until we sign off on the final result.
Because this is our very first kit with this supplier, we want to be completely transparent: we’re hopeful and excited, but we cannot guarantee quality at this stage. This test round helps us evaluate printing, drills, glue, canvas texture, color accuracy — all the things that matter. Our goal is always to deliver something you’ll be proud to work on, but we won’t over-promise on a process we’re still refining.
The design timeline is fluid and depends on how many edits the rendering requires. We won’t rush the artwork just to hit a date — we want it to be right. Please order only if you’re comfortable with a flexible timeline and an open, documentation-rich journey as we build our kit line from the ground up.
This artwork was created by Summer exclusively using AI so we could launch our first test batch without the extra cost of licensing fees. If AI-generated artwork isn’t your preference, we understand completely. Once we build confidence with our supplier and finalize our standards, we’ll move into licensing up-and-coming artists — and we’ll absolutely take suggestions from the Squad!
The price of the kit is $60, and that includes shipping within the U.S. Taxes will apply based on your location. No discounts apply to this product because the pricing already factors shipping costs and our small-batch testing model.
