015 Hot Mess Express is a blazing, translucent hot pink that arrives loud, fabulous and approximately three dramatic decisions behind schedule. Use it for neon accents, bold florals, fashion details, magical effects or anything that deserves to cause a scene and keep glowing after dark. Each bag contains approximately 14–15 grams of glow-in-the-dark enhancements. For the strongest glow, charge them under bright or UV light before use. Glow intensity and duration may vary based on the light source and charging time.
